El sistema no encontró la opción de entorno especificada

  Al hacer doble clic en algún archivo .exe o cualquier archivo aparece una ventana con la leyenda “El sistema no encontró la opción de entorno especificada” esto es porque se ha borrado la ruta absoluta de las variables del sistema (aunque más que variables deberían ser constantes)   Primero, en Propiedades de Sistema/Variables de entorno/Variables del Sistema  debe figurar la variable PATH con la siguiente información   %SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;   La ruta podría incluir más datos, pero esas son las básicas (la mía es la siguiente C:\Program Files (x86)\PC Connectivity Solution\;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Windows Live;C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Windows Live;%C_EM64T_REDIST11%bin\Intel64;%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\OpenCL...

Microsoft Publisher: Publisher ha encontrado un problema con el archivo que intenta abrir. Para proteger el equipo, Publisher no abrirá el equipo. (Error 1100931)

Problema Por razones fuera del control de cualquiera, un archivo se puede corromper (si lo van a guardar en una USB, corrijan los errores con CHKDSK para evitar que se corrompan los nuevos archivos). En este caso, mi cliente, hizo una revista en Publisher 2013, guardo el trabajo y lo copio a la memoria USB, cuando lo quiso abrir de nuevo apareció le error: Microsoft Publisher: Publisher ha encontrado un problema con el archivo que intenta abrir. Para proteger el equipo, Publisher no abrirá el equipo. (Error  1100931) Para mostrar el código del error, presione CTRL + ALT + I, en éste caso es el 1100931, desafortunadamente no he localizado la causa, se baraja la posibilidad de un objeto OCX o imagen BMP corrupta. La solución aquí expuesta es una de tantas, Microsoft recomienda iniciar Windows en modo a prueba de fallos e intentar abrir el archivo.  En la medida de lo posible se debe crear un punto de restauración, si apareciera el error 1083 sería muy sencillo revertir el equipo a un punto anterior, caso contrario, lo siguiente podría arreglar el problema: El error 1083 el programa ejecutable en el que está configurado este servicio no implementa el servicio, puede presentarse al iniciar cualquier servicio, es un error que aparece porque faltan claves en el registro, puede ser ocasionada por virus o corrupción. También podría llamarse a este error como Error 1083: Error en el Sistema de Instrumentación de Windows, hay que ejecutar regedit con permisos de administrador y dirigirnos a la llave   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Svchost y del lado derecho buscar la clave netsvcs  tan solo queda agregar la cadena de caracteres al final winmgmt , reiniciar el equipo y ver si se ha resuelto el problema (particularmente el servicio que no iniciaba era el Centro de Seguridad de Windows 8...
